I’m a professional woman with a strong interest in using integrative health and wellness to ease my digestive issues. This blog initially started as a new year’s resolution to change my diet and exercise habits, in the hopes of improving my mood. Since beginning the blog, I’ve recently been put on a low FODMAP diet to finally address my long-standing digestive issues, and am blogging to record the ups and downs of navigating the diet!
